As a Senior Automotive Repair Specialist, you will be tasked with restoring damaged vehicle bodies and components in line with manufacturer and dealership standards. Your expertise will ensure that all repairs are executed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician
  • Preferred CSI and Quality scores above the regional average
  • Proficiency in all vehicle maintenance services
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to handle complex tasks
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute vehicle repair orders in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Disassemble and repair vehicles with urgency and precision
  • Assist in identifying and sourcing necessary parts and materials
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards set by the Collision Center
  • Maintain tools and equipment in optimal condition

As a subject matter expert, you will ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting body shop operations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA standards.
