Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients as they arrive on the lot to initiate the sales process.
- Engage in meaningful dialogue with clients to thoroughly comprehend their requirements.
- Guide clients in selecting a vehicle that meets their desires and needs.
- Become the product authority. Understand the details of our offerings, optional features, and the latest technology.
- Personalize vehicle delivery while ensuring the client is knowledgeable about the vehicle's operational features.
- Conduct daily follow-ups utilizing the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Qualifications
- Preferred one year of experience, though not mandatory.
- Maintain a vibrant, high-energy demeanor throughout the workday.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Professional and polished personal appearance.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong listening skills.
- Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record in accordance with dealership standards.
