  • Monitor and manage open item lists, ensuring prompt payment and resolution of discrepancies
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Contribute to the reconciliation of accounts and resolution of any discrepancies
  • Assist with the settlement and booking of cash transactions
  • Perform other accounting-specific tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of commercial training
  • Professional experience in clerical work, with knowledge of accounting principles desirable
  • Proficiency in common IT systems, including MS Office
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • High level of commitment, flexibility, and initiative
