Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Internal Auditor, your role will include:
1. Updating process documentation through collaborative walkthroughs with process and control owners.
2. Conducting audits via the ERP system to gather testing samples and establish continuous auditing techniques.
3. Managing the quarterly control certification program.
4. Monitoring control issues and action plans, providing periodic updates to the Internal Audit Director regarding any ineffective implementations.

Additionally, you will:
5. Serve as the administrator for the Riskonnect Internal Controls application.
6. Uphold the principles of integrity, objectivity, confidentiality, and competency in all tasks.
7. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in compliance.
8. Adhere to policies and procedures that guide the Internal Audit Department.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in internal audit, accounting, and finance is required, with prior public accounting and public company audit experience preferred.

Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Advanced collaboration abilities.
- The capability to succinctly convey complex information to a diverse audience, including internal colleagues, leadership, and the Audit Committee.
- A strong sense of urgency and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.

Moreover, proficiency in Sarbanes-Oxley and Internal Auditing methodologies is essential, along with:
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience in data analysis using software tools such as IDEA.
- Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance software.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio or similar flowcharting tools.

Certifications
Preferred certifications include:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Travel Requirements
Up to 30% travel may be required.
