About the Role

EisnerAmper is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit & Risk Consulting Senior to join our team. As a key member of our Risk & Compliance Services (RCS) team, you will be responsible for performing full-cycle internal audit engagements, including research, client assessments, and preparing and completing client engagements to meet the Firm's strategic goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, perform, and report on outsourced and/or co-sourced Internal Audit and/or Information Technology audits.
  • Communicate results to management, including the preparation of audit reports that communicate audit results to management in a clear, concise, and substantive manner.
  • Perform comprehensive risk assessments and adjust work plans based on the results of the assessments.
  • Plan, prepare, direct, and complete assigned tasks in an efficient manner and within allotted timeframes.
  • Monitor workload to meet billable hour expectations and perform timely reviews of work products prior to submission to Director/Associate/Manager for further review.
  • Document procedures performed, findings, and/or other issues, and drafts/compiles work papers, reports, and client correspondence exhibiting effective writing skills.
  • Prepare for relevant certification exams until completed and maintain the required CPE for firm and licensing requirements.
  • Serve as one of the firm's prime contacts with clients and prospects.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with diverse groups of clients, team members, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Provide leadership and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, including providing timely performance feedback.
  • Serve as a leader in the practice internally and externally, and effectively take advantage of leadership opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, or an approved related field is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in the fields of Internal Audit or Assurance.
  • Must have or be in the process of achieving one of the following internal audit certifications: CPA or CIA.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One or more of the following Information Technology auditing certifications: CISA or CFE.
  • Must demonstrate critical thinking and project management skill capabilities.
  • General knowledge of organizational and business functions to allow for completion of assigned Internal Audit and/or IT Audit tasks.
  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in business and technical environments.
  • Must be technically proficient with the capability of performing at an intermediate or advanced level with respect to the Microsoft Office Suite of products or similar software applications.
