Business Development Associate

Advantage Technical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating interest in our product offerings among potential clients, enabling our sales team to present technologies and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate interest in our product offerings among potential clients, enabling our sales team to present technologies and services.
  • Leverage market research and analysis to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at identifying new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Evaluate sales and marketing data, including trends, customer profiles, demographics, and competitor insights, to guide strategic decisions.
  • Engage with prospective and existing customers by organizing and delivering product demonstrations, including software presentations.
  • Generate periodic sales reports and analyze data to assess the success and impact of marketing efforts.
  • Act as our representative at industry events and trade association meetings to promote products and services.
  • Ensure our sales teams are kept updated with the latest factory developments and communicate opportunities to sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of B2B high-value and complex machine/equipment sales experience required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Semiconductor and SMT related experience is a strong plus.
