Business Tax Associate

Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on tax preparation and planning for small businesses and self-employed individuals.
- Prepare and review complex business tax returns, including partnerships and S corporations.
- Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their tax needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in tax preparation and planning.
- 3+ years of experience in business tax preparation and planning.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including federal and state tax codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in commercial tax preparation software.
- Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and any related state licenses or certifications.
