Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a designated territory, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, working closely with internal teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Pursue new business development opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations that can drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the music education or performing arts industry (or a related field).
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with experience using Salesforce a plus.
