Regional Sales Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Territory Manager and contribute to the growth and success of Great Lakes Skilled Trades. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe Territory Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in their assigned territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Conducting regular worksite evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
- Promoting Great Lakes Skilled Trades' services and solutions to clients and prospects
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve regional sales goals
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the construction industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
As a Territory Manager at Great Lakes Skilled Trades, you can expect:
- A competitive base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
