Front Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate personnel.
- Manage front desk activities, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.
