Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression for our company.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Manage the company's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry, providing support to the team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Provide general information to clients and visitors about the company's products or services, showcasing expertise.
  • Assist with project coordination as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a strong understanding of productivity tools.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Open to recent graduates, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
