Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our practice.

Main Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients to the practice and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage the clinic schedule and patient appointments with accuracy and efficiency
  • Create, maintain, and file medical records in a secure and confidential manner
  • Ensure the practice and working areas are clean and stocked, and inform management when stock is low
  • Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by maintaining a professional demeanor and attitude
  • Assist in all areas of daily operation as requested by the Practice Manager
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in front desk or administrative support, interfacing with clients, patients, or vendors
  • Experience with scheduling tools, such as My Aesthetics Pro
  • Experience with patient charts and/or managing a complex filing system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in G-Suite for Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs
  • Impeccable organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to self-motivate and work as a team player
  • Full-time availability, including weekends as required
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
