Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Sales Coordinator to join our team at North Carolina Association of Broadcasters Educational Foundation, Inc. As an Executive Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative functions, entering and overseeing sales and production order forms, and completing various projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative functions, including entering and overseeing sales and production order forms
  • Review, research, and complete various projects as assigned by the VP Sales
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure quality service
  • Prepare marketing and promotional plans to support sales initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of basic accounting functions
  • Ability to make executive decisions following set guidelines and procedures

Requirements:

  • Extensive attention to detail and administrative skills
  • Ability to follow proper policy and procedure as set forth
  • Good organizational and follow-through skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of basic accounting functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Sales experience a plus, knowledge of Marketron, Efficio, and Excel a plus
