Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Field Administrator to join our team at Binyod LLC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform site visits across Texas for project implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Provide technical support to end users on-site and remotely at Layer2 (in OSI model) and above.
  • Install and maintain network, VoIP, and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with Level3 engineers and the physical team for project implementation.
  • Maintain internal infrastructure.
  • Assist with project management during the Implementation phase (scheduling, site visits).
  • Configure IT systems and provide end user training.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable car for travel (mileage reimbursement provided for out-of-town travels).
  • Knowledge of AD, DHCP, DNS, and MS Exchange.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment.
  • Experience in managing and configuring backup systems.
  • Understanding of the OSI model concept.
  • Ability to explain technical procedures to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Knowledge of technology processes, infrastructure, risk management, information security, server, and network technologies (layer 2 and up).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or internship in the IT industry or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cisco (CCNA), Fortinet, Windows Server, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise RMM and PSA, Acronis Cloud, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki, Google Admin, VoIP systems, UniFi systems, CCTV systems, and Active Directory.
  • Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
