Job Overview

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (40 hours per week)

Position Summary:
Binyod LLC is in search of a proficient IT Systems Administrator to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing project implementations, which includes site visits and troubleshooting, while also contributing significantly to the development of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate project implementation and ensure adherence to timelines and deadlines.
  • Conduct site visits throughout Texas for project execution and troubleshooting.
  • Deliver technical support to end users both on-site and remotely at Layer 2 (in OSI model) and above.
  • Install and maintain network, VoIP, and IT systems.
  • Set up hardware such as network switches, servers, power backup systems (UPS), voice routers, VoIP phones, and access points as required.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 engineers and the physical team for project execution.
  • Sustain internal infrastructure.
  • Assist with project management during the implementation phase (scheduling, site visits).
  • Configure IT systems and provide training to end users.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel (mileage reimbursement provided for out-of-town travels).
  • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible work environment.
  • Experience in managing and configuring backup systems.
  • Understanding of the OSI model concept.
  • Capacity to explain technical procedures to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and capability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities.
  • Solid IT background.
  • Knowledge of technology processes, infrastructure, risk management, information security, server, and network technologies (Layer 2 and above).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting core Microsoft end-user technologies (Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365) in a help desk capacity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Microsoft infrastructure technologies (Windows Server and related).
  • At least 2 Cisco and Fortinet Network Security Expert certifications or equivalent experience with Fortinet security products.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or internship in the IT sector or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Cisco (CCNA), Fortinet, Windows Server, and project management software.
  • Knowledge of ConnectWise RMM and PSA, Acronis Cloud, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki, Google Admin, VoIP systems, UniFi systems, CCTV systems, and Active Directory.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform well under pressure.


  • MSP field experience is a significant advantage.
