Position Overview

The role of the IT Systems Administrator involves the implementation and management of advanced security solutions to safeguard organizational assets against cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment and Management: Implement and oversee commercially available security applications, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, data loss prevention tools, email security measures, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure that all network, server, and security frameworks are consistently updated, patched, and configured in alignment with current security protocols and best practices.
Qualifications

Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker, CISM, among others.

Additional qualifications include:

  • Extensive experience managing an Office365 and Azure environment.
  • A solid foundation in networking and Windows server management.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for addressing complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A thorough understanding of recognized cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001/2, SOC2, etc.) and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
