Job Overview

We are in search of a skilled Human Resources Manager to enhance our workforce dynamics at Prez Law, PC. This pivotal role involves collaborating with various departments to cultivate a supportive and engaging workplace culture. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing recruitment processes, managing job postings, and conducting thorough interviews to attract top-tier candidates. Additionally, you will facilitate the onboarding experience and assist in performance evaluations, coaching, and exit interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Planning: Formulate and implement HR strategies that align with the overarching business objectives.
