Key ResponsibilitiesLearning and Development- Design and Implement Learning Programs: Develop and execute training and development programs that support the company's strategic objectives and meet the needs of employees at all levels.
- Conduct Needs Assessments: Collaborate with department heads and employees to identify skills gaps and training needs, ensuring programs are relevant and effective.
- Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training initiatives through feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods to continually improve program offerings.
- Manage Learning Platforms: Oversee the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools, ensuring accessibility and functionality for all employees.
- Facilitate Workshops and Training Sessions: Lead or coordinate workshops, seminars, and training sessions, ensuring engaging and impactful delivery.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and foster a positive work environment to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and goal-setting initiatives.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance with legal regulations and industry standards, updating as necessary.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics related to training, performance, and employee engagement, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with a focus on Learning and Development. Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess training needs and effectiveness.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
