Responsibilities:
As an HR Coordinator, you will execute your duties in accordance with established hospital protocols, policies, and standards, under the direct supervision of the Manager or VP of Human Resources.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor's degree is required, or alternatively, 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Proficiency in English is essential, with the ability to write and communicate effectively.
  3. Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience in personnel management are mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits:
Prime Healthcare offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, allowing employees to customize their benefits to meet individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and various voluntary benefit options. The estimated compensation for this role, encompassing wages, benefits, and other forms of remuneration, ranges from $24.55 to $31.97 per hour. The specific starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including skill set, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
