Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records.
  • Onboarding Process: Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including completing E-Verify/background check process and auditing employee files.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including ordering and restocking office supplies and onboarding documents.
  • Communication: Liaise with Talent Agents and Allocation Managers regarding interview schedules and communicate with employees and management as needed.
  • HR Functions: Activate and deactivate associate profiles, and perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish: Required
  • Microsoft Suite Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft Suite applications
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Teamwork: Effectively work in a team environment and independently
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
