Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. This includes developing recruiting and selection strategies to source top talent, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the current and future workforce needs of the healthcare system.
- Sources and screens candidates for assigned job openings, ensuring minimum qualifications are met.
- Coordinates and tracks interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Works closely with hiring managers, facility human resource staff, senior leadership, and external vendors to ensure recruiting practices meet the organization's needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
- Experience with electronic applicant tracking systems.
- Experience using a variety of sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs required.
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- Two years of talent acquisition experience, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with a focus on healthcare.
Benefits
Prime Healthcare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive compensation, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and other voluntary benefit options. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $26.00 to $36.00, depending on skillset, experience, education, and other factors.
