Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for managing daily HR operations and delivering a wide range of complex HR support across all organizational levels. This role ensures the effective administration of HR policies and procedures, performing duties in various core HR functions, including:

  • Classification and compensation
  • Employee development
  • Acquisition projects
  • Legal compliance with state and federal regulations

This position also serves as an internal consultant, collaborating on diverse cross-functional HR initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Required qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Recent experience in a healthcare Human Resources Department.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Preferred qualifications:
Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or an advanced degree in Human Resources are preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role ranges from $30.00 to $43.77 per hour, with the exact starting compensation determined during the hiring process based on various factors, including skills, experience, education, and credentials.
