About the Opportunity

  • Provides administrative support to department leaders and the Executive Director, ensuring a smooth operation of the business office.
  • Organizes and maintains resident and staff files, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Tracks resident charges and performs billing functions, ensuring timely payment and accurate records.
  • Assists with payroll-related functions and benefits administration, providing support to staff and management.
  • Maintains a professional business environment, facilitating efficient community operations and resolving workflow issues.
  • Serves as the central point of contact for all job applicants, conducting pre-employment assessments and post-employment exit interviews.
  • Other relevant duties may be assigned by the Executive Director or designee.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; Associates Degree in Business Management preferred.
  • Prior office and payroll experience preferred.
  • Experience with interviewing, training, supervising, and evaluating office staff preferred.
  • Experience with various office equipment, computer operating systems, word processing programs, spreadsheets, and email preferred.

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.33-$32.00 DOE, depending on experience.
