Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager - Retail Store Operations to join our team at FedEx Ground. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the store business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store employees to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with Store Managers and other stakeholders to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
