Job Title: Regional Director

NYC Health + Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our supply chain operations in one of our regions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our supply chain functions, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to drive cost savings and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities
  • Collaborate with facility leaders and stakeholders to identify and address supply chain challenges
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving cost savings and improving operational efficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain software
