Key responsibilities will include managing and leading teams within the commercial cleaning industry, ensuring effective communication with customers, and maintaining a safe and respectful working environment.
Our ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of success in managing and leading teams, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Additionally, a working knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, as well as email, spreadsheets, smartphones, and relevant software applications, is essential for this role.

- Performing monthly location inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
- Addressing customer complaints promptly and efficiently
- Managing the profitability of all service locations within the assigned region
