The Lead Administrative Support Specialist is expected to engage with customers, employees, and management in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical assistance to unit management concerning accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources. This includes tasks like filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Address HR-related matters during events and assist with the check-in process for team members.
- Document call-offs and attendance points for union members, while notifying management of staffing shortages.
- Keep office memos and informative postings up to date.
- Prepare onboarding packets and facilitate orientation sessions for new hires.
- Utilize technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office applications.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Guest Services.
- Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills along with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is essential.
- Ability to effectively connect with employees and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong digital literacy, including knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, typing, and other database management.
