The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Office Support Specialist to contribute to our daily administrative operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including data entry, phone handling, filing, task management, and general clerical duties. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours. Occasional Saturday work and overtime may be available for special events.

Responsibilities of the Office Support Specialist

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule meetings, and assist visitors.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, and data entry.
  • Manage operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Arrange travel arrangements for senior staff, including flights, transportation, and accommodation reservations.
  • Maintain professional communication through phone, email, and mail correspondence.
  • Contribute to team success by supporting organizational efforts and effective communication.
  • Assist in the development of administrative staff through information sharing, educational opportunities, and practical experience.
  • Provide information and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Manage office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and expediting deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
