Operational Hours:
Monday-Friday: 12p - 9p
Saturday-Sunday: 10a - 7p
Role Overview:
As a Client Relations Coordinator, you will be pivotal in assisting our emergency department while warmly engaging with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Education: Provide information and support to clients and referring veterinarians regarding our extensive services, offering empathetic assistance both over the phone and in person.
- Appointment Management: Facilitate the scheduling of appointments at our multi-specialist facility, ensuring a smooth and effective process.
- Effective Communication: Manage reminder and follow-up communications with care, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and connected.
- Record Management: Diligently update and maintain client and pet records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends:
- Weekdays: 11:30a - 9:30p
- Weekends: 9:30a - 7:30p
- $22 per hour, based on experience and knowledge.
