The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing excellent customer service to our clients, and supporting our commercial office manager in event planning and travel logistics.
- Greet customers/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and route it accordingly
- Support Homecare clients by answering incoming calls, providing answers to product questions, processing quotes/orders, and handling returns
- Support Commercial Office Manager in event planning and travel logistics for commercial sales area: regional meetings, client meetings, new hire travel for in-office training
- Ensure the Medford office runs smoothly by completing ongoing tasks, including bill payments, internal catering, and ordering kitchen/office supplies
- Process FedEx and USPS shipments for the Medford office

Requirements:
