Regional Business Development Manager

We are a Contract MFG/Co Packers, producing product to our clients' specifications, typically frozen or refrigerated. If you have experience in selling food products and understand the supply chain, please submit your resume.

Responsibilities- Maintain relationships with current ingredient and co-pack customers and build new ones.
- Represent the company professionally in all activities and actions.
- Solve customer problems efficiently and courteously.
- Identify existing customer opportunities.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and trends, as well as competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies.
- Analyze usage and trends to determine recommendations for future contracts and services.
- 4-year college degree preferred; however, experience is considered.
- Experience in selling B2B, preferably meat protein, and/or contract mfg. knowledge/understanding.
- Thorough understanding of company products and capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- At least 5 years of successful proven track record at key accounts.
