Business Development Account Manager

Aladdin Companies is a leading provider of financial services to businesses throughout North America.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls. This role offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- This position involves managing and maintaining a portfolio of clients' accounts receivable, with a focus on developing strong working relationships and addressing any issues in a professional and timely manner.
- The successful candidate will process daily invoice sets from clients for same day and next day funding, review and verify documents to mitigate fraud, and follow up on placement of Notice of Assignments.
- They will also maintain high levels of accuracy and records for each client, following company policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities include handling all collection calls and follow-ups, monitoring payment history, and communicating potential or existing issues to management.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have proven written and verbal communication skills, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to consistently follow checklist procedures.
- They should have a history of successfully multi-tasking, intermediate or above skills in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work in various software systems simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook tools and resources is also required.
