We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at St Croix Hospice.

Job Summary

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned accounts, generating referrals, and coordinating marketing efforts. This role requires collaboration with intake and sales team members to ensure leads are allocated appropriately.

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
  • Conduct telephone and virtual sales calls to assigned referral sources.
  • Coordinate and distribute marketing materials to assigned referral sources.
  • Maintain an active list of referral sources and document activity in the CRM.
  • Work with regional sales staff to investigate new business opportunities.
  • Schedule educational in-services for local teams to deliver or provide virtually.
  • Assist with the management of the LiveChat feature for customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or healthcare preferred.
  • Sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Exceptional time management and documentation skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong spoken language skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated skill in producing reports related to activity and outcomes.
  • Ability to work well in a performance-based environment.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
