About the Role

At UrbanCore Construction, we are committed to providing affordable housing solutions that transform communities. We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the entire construction process, from planning to completion, ensuring that all safety standards are met and that projects are delivered on schedule.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, architects, owners, and inspectors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date, and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a construction site superintendent managing large commercial projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered safely and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
What We Offer
  • An annual salary of $95,000 - $120,000, plus a bonus.
  • 100% paid employee health coverage.
  • A 401(k) plan with a company match of 100% up to 3%, and 50% up to 5%.
  • Unlimited vacation time.
