Position Summary: This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals and patients to provide exceptional support throughout fertility treatment processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the clinical management of fertility patients.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and couples regarding procedures and treatment plans.
  • Communicate physician directives and instructions effectively.
  • Deliver pre-operative and post-operative education to patients.
  • Create a supportive environment by offering emotional and psychological assistance to patients and their families.
  • Work independently to meet program objectives.
  • Uphold and promote excellence in customer service.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • Phlebotomy skills are advantageous.
  • Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail, ability to follow through, and proficiency with computer applications, including data entry.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting and familiarity with medical terminology.
