- Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to standards of dress, attitude, and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of business, insurance, and medical terminology, with excellent command of English grammar and spelling.
- EPIC Certification through Johns Hopkins training required prior to starting the temporary assignment.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role and work environment.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.

- A competitive pay rate of $20-$22 per hour.
