Requirements

  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities; proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or medical records.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient service or clinical operations role.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software; experience with medical terminology and coding.
