Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: One year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient service or clinical operations role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities; proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or medical records.
- Experience: Two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient service or clinical operations role.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software; experience with medical terminology and coding.
