Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Patient Care: Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care, from scheduling appointments to coordinating test results and follow-up care.
  • Manage Patient Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient service coordinator or administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
