- Provide Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work effectively with healthcare providers, nurses, and other support staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and hospital policies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient service coordinator or administrative role.
