IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Working Condition: Remote with occasional in-person meetings. Applicants must reside in the United States.
  • This position is Limited Duration (LD), full-time, and represented by SEIU.
  • This LD role is contingent on workload and may transition to a permanent position based on funding availability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the design, execution, and administration of a customized CRM platform for the Disaster Recovery & Resilience division. The CRM will facilitate the implementation of various recovery initiatives. Key tasks include:

  • Developing a public intake portal and system architecture for unique applicant records.
  • Automating the processing of eligible applicant files and establishing protocols for standardized communication with applicants.
  • Integrating with accounting systems for batch payment processes and vendor setup.

This position will lead a team of CRM developers and collaborate closely with key staff to define business requirements for recovery programs. Responsibilities also include managing the Agile sprint cycle for CRM operations and overseeing user access, including credentialing and coordination with IT project managers.

Additionally, the role involves creating tools for analyzing and forecasting performance trends related to recovery investments and strategic initiatives. Ensuring timely and accurate federal reporting, identifying process improvements, and connecting system reporting to internal resources are also critical components of this position.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or a related field demonstrating the necessary knowledge and skills; and four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning experience.

A combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years that typically supports the knowledge and skills for this classification.
