Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems and Reporting Administrator to join our team at the State of Oregon. This is a critical role that will involve managing the design, implementation, and administration of a customized Customer Relations Management (CRM) platform for our Disaster Recovery & Resilience section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CRM platform, including public intake portal, system architecture, automation, and interface with OHCS accounting systems.
  • Lead CRM developers and work closely with key OHCS staff to develop business requirements for recovery programs.
  • Manage access to the CRM, including login credentialing, user setup, and coordination with OHCS IT or Oregon Department of Administrative Services (DAS) project managers and protocols.
  • Develop tools for analyzing and forecasting performance trends of recovery investments and key strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure all Federal reporting is timely and accurate, and identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science, or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills.
  • Four years of professional-level evaluative, analytical, and planning work, or any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience.
  • Considerable knowledge of information tracking systems and databases applicable to the work.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and lead staff.
  • Ability to work independently to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Experience with relational database programs.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated awareness of race and social justice, including the ability to positively influence equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.
