About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Electronic Visit Verification Compliance Specialist to join our team at the State of Oregon. As a key member of our Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), Technical Assistance Unit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of providers with the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review providers' compliance with the eXPRS system through the EVV, identifying potential issues and referring them to program specialists and/or unit managers for further action.
  • Send monthly communications and notices to providers, ensuring the content is consistent, complete, and all corresponding documentation has been provided.
  • Compile evidence packets for Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) for termination and verify compliance of providers in the eXPRS payment system.
  • Retrieve data from eXPRS regarding EVV compliance, produce renewal reports, and other statistical reports as required.
  • Collect and distribute data for program compliance of EVV, coordinate with the ODHS forms unit to update and maintain compliance forms, and field calls to management and staff.
  • Develop forms, procedures, and operational manuals used in day-to-day unit operations, identify new procedures and/or systems that promote efficiency, and communicate orally, electronically, and in writing to various state/local agencies and organizations.
Requirements
  • Two years of secretarial or basic administrative support experience that includes records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data.
  • OR an associate degree in general office occupations and one year of experience with records processing, generating documents, and gathering and sorting data.
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
