Position Overview: Join Vestis as a Facility Sales Specialist and become an integral part of our dynamic sales team. We are seeking a motivated individual who thrives in an outdoor sales environment and possesses a competitive edge. Your role will focus on promoting our facility services, which encompass restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Drive: Achieve industry-leading sales targets with a commitment to making over 100 in-person contacts weekly.
  • Adaptability: Embrace the ever-evolving nature of our industry, seizing daily opportunities to demonstrate your expertise.
  • Training and Development: Participate in a comprehensive paid training program designed to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Sales Process Adherence: Follow our structured sales process to ensure success while working independently and collaboratively.
  • Technology Utilization: Utilize laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft Office, and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to maintain organization and connectivity.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the face of Vestis, delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships.
  • Influence and Persuasion: Effectively address objections and articulate the advantages of our facility services to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass background checks, including Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen.
  • Experience in sales or customer service; or a recent college graduate; or military service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in business-to-business outside sales with a focus on new account acquisition.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management Systems, preferably Salesforce.
