Customer Experience Coordinator

A Snail's Pace, Inc. is a leading retailer of running and walking gear, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a unique shopping experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide industry-leading customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience in our store.
- Sales Floor Management: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring that it is well-merchandised, clean, and tidy at all times.
- Product Management: Receive and stock products from the warehouse, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked and our customers have access to the latest products.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is ready for customers and that all tasks are completed at the end of the day.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly and upbeat personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong conflict resolution skills.
- Product Knowledge: Basic knowledge of running and walking gear, with the ability to provide expert advice to customers.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, with the ability to use our point-of-sale system.
- Availability: Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
