About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Capital Markets Specialist to join our Global Capital Markets team at I.N.G. Group, LLC. As a Senior Capital Markets Specialist, you will play a key role in originating, structuring, and executing large, complex bond transactions in the High Yield bond market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of a variety of DCM relationships across sectors and help build the US HY bond business.
  • Act as the sponsor or deal captain for certain DCM transactions, obtaining necessary internal approvals, and serving as the principal point of contact externally and internally.
  • Lead key transaction management activities, including coordinating all aspects of a pitch or the execution of a live transaction, ensuring high-quality deliverables to clients at all times.
  • Prepare internal underwriting requests for new transactions, lead internal syndicate discussions, and undertake frequent internal discussions with sector and sponsor coverage bankers to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members, lead without a formal management role, and gather support and resources necessary to serve the client and execute on deals.
  • Keep product, sector, and market knowledge up to date, and attain revenue targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum of BA/BS in Business or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Capital Markets or related field.
  • Series 79, 63 licenses.
