About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Capital Markets Specialist to join our Global Capital Markets team at I.N.G. Group, LLC. As a key member of our High Yield Bond Origination team, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing large, complex bond transactions in the High Yield bond market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Originate and develop new business opportunities in the High Yield bond market, building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Structure and execute complex bond transactions, working closely with coverage bankers and other product specialists to advise on capital structures and funding opportunities.
  • Act as the sponsor or deal captain for certain bond transactions, obtaining necessary internal approvals and serving as the principal point of contact externally and internally.
  • Lead key transaction management activities, ensuring high-quality deliverables to clients at all times.
  • Coordinate all aspects of a pitch or the execution of a live transaction, preparing internal underwriting requests and leading internal syndicate discussions.
  • Undertake frequent internal discussions with sector and sponsor coverage bankers to identify business opportunities.
  • Oversee and review the work of junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Lead without a formal management role, gathering support and resources necessary to serve the client and execute on deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product, sector, and market knowledge, ensuring expertise in High Yield bond origination and execution.
  • Meet revenue targets and contribute to the growth and success of the Global Capital Markets team.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Global Capital Markets or a related field, with a strong background in High Yield bond origination and execution.
  • Series 79 and 63 licenses, with a deep understanding of products and markets.
  • Proven client relationship skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing demands.
  • Strong business insight, with a customer-focused approach and a strategic thinker mindset.
  • Highly effective teammate, with the ability to contribute and cooperate across organizational functions and levels.
  • Passionate about capital markets and committed to delivering exceptional results.
What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $230K - $270K, as well as a broad array of benefits, including adoption, surrogacy, and fertility services; student debt assistance; and subsidies for expenses associated with working from home, commuting, and fitness.
