As the Sales and Marketing Executive, you will leverage your understanding of our unique value proposition to identify, assess, and engage potential clients to drive profitable sales growth. Your role will involve delivering insights on market segments that could benefit from our offerings, mentoring the sales team, establishing connections with key customer decision-makers, and securing deals that enhance profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive value and sustainable growth in a designated market segment by proactively identifying customer needs that align with our solutions.
  • Generate a qualified pipeline of potential opportunities.
  • Communicate market trends and growth expectations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and sales teams to ensure that new industry requirements and product specifications are met effectively.
  • Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and work with marketing to create content that supports sales objectives.
  • Employ the CRM system to maintain transparency and facilitate ongoing communication regarding qualified customer information.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience in the Rigid or Flexible Packaging Industry, particularly in custom and rigid packaging.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, including active listening and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Capability to interpret market research to inform strategic action plans and tactical execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver presentations that convey technical information and market analysis clearly.
  • Technical aptitude to understand and propose products or solutions that fulfill customer needs.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in alignment with organizational and individual goals.
  • Problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to propose relevant technical solutions.
  • Strong business acumen to comprehend how our solutions impact customer finances.
  • Willingness to seek feedback from various sources to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in leveraging digital and social media to enhance customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a track record of achieving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and industry-specific analytical software.
  • A valid driver's license and passport for potential travel requirements.
