  • Client Insights: Provide valuable market research, trends, and innovative ideas to foster interest and build strong relationships.
  • Funding Analysis: Investigate brand organizations to discover various funding sources (e.g., shopper marketing, brand, eCommerce) to enhance each partnership.
  • Presentation Skills: Command a room (virtually or in-person) with engaging presentations that inspire confidence and challenge clients constructively.
  • Performance Analysis: Evaluate campaign metrics and suggest improvements for enhanced performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments (account management, ad operations, creative, analytics, development) to deliver a seamless experience for retailers and suppliers.
  • Communication: Liaise with retailer teams regarding account outreach, messaging, and product prioritization.
  • CRM Management: Maintain records of outreach and sales activities using HubSpot.
Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, and digital monetization, along with knowledge of the Ad Tech industry.
  • Exemplary leadership traits including trust, loyalty, empathy, and initiative.
  • Strong organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on solutions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning and operational efficiency.
  • Effective time management skills to handle timelines and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with various CRM and Sales Intelligence platforms, with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, media sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG landscape through direct sales or related exposure.
  • Comfortable discussing DSP, DMP, and PMP concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
