  • Work collaboratively with Court-appointed Housing Specialists for conflict resolution.
  • Oversee data collection and reporting processes.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience working with the homeless adult demographic and knowledge of housing resources.
  • Capability to create comprehensive service plans and provide continuous support.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are essential.
