Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients in a respectful and dignified manner.
- Perform initial evaluations of individuals referred to our services.
- Develop personalized case management strategies with clear, measurable objectives.

- Stay informed about local resources and housing regulations.
- Work in conjunction with Court-appointed Housing Specialists to resolve disputes.
- Oversee data gathering and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience working with the homeless adult demographic and knowledge of housing resources.
- Capability to create comprehensive service plans and offer continuous support.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary.
