POSITION SUMMARY
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is in search of a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will undertake budgeting and accounting responsibilities, compile and scrutinize various reports concerning District finances and fiscal operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. This role includes managing banking partnerships and contracts, projecting cash flow requirements, and aiding in the organization and documentation of all revenue and expenditure activities related to District funds. ROLE DETAILS
POSITION OVERVIEW:
This recruitment will establish an eligibility list valid for 6 months and will be used to fill current and future vacancies.

Type of position: Full-Time - Monday - Friday
Salary: Range CL-45
$ $46.68 Hourly
$6,470 - $8,091 Monthly
Initial Salary Placement: New employees typically start at Step A ($37.33) or B ($39.47) on the salary schedule. Advanced salary placement may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A combination equivalent to: a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a major in finance, business or public administration, accounting, or a related field, along with one year of progressively responsible experience in financial management practices.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California driver's license and the ability to qualify for district vehicle insurance coverage.
